Just 7 miles from Lake George and minutes from white water rafting, horseback riding and more. Snowmobiliers, we're just around the corner from the Southern Warren County Trails.. The home is surrounded by over 600 acres of forever wild in the Adirondack Park. Home sits on it's own private acre with a pond for fishing, plenty of room for rest and play!

5 bedrooms await you and your guests that have been tastefully decorated and painted by the owners. They include 3 queen size beds, 1 full size and a futon.

Large living room opens up to the dining area. Lots of room for watching TV and entertaining guests.

The kitchen has been remodeled and provides you with a new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher! All the comforts of home, utensils, cookware, bedding.

Outside you have a nice private back yard that overlooks the quiet pond that flows from Forest Lake. Enjoy a cook out with the family or sit around the campfire and talk about your plans for your adventures of the week!

Just within walking distance of this home is the famous Painted Pony ranch where you can see a live rodeo each Friday night during the summer. Enjoy their home style barbecue too!

There are several lakes in the area of this home 2 being just a few blocks away. Lake George is only 7 miles away, which offers attractions such as boat rides, Water Slide World, Magic Forest and Great Escape.

You can also travel up Prospect Mountain where a tram will take you to the top and tell you about the history of the house that sat on top and how people were able to get there.

During the summer months you can see different festivals in Shepards Park, which is located in Lake George. Enjoy the jazz festival or an occasional craft show.

Travel 30 minutes away to the famous Saratoga Springs, where you can enjoy the Saratoga Race Track during August or attend a concert at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly and partial weekly rates will also be charged a $39 Damage Protection Fee and a $100 cleaning fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, valid checks and money orders for payment. To reserve the rental, you must pay 50% of the rental fee within 7 days of booking. Balances, security deposits and cleaning fees are due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings within 30 days will be required to pay in full to hold reservations. Cancellations: All deposits are non refundable unless property is rebooked. If a new reservation is booked at the same rate, you will be refunded the paid rental fee minus a $100 processing fee. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason, including weather conditions.
  • Check-in time on Sunday is after 3:00pm, departure check-out on Sunday is on or before 10am.

Beautiful, clean home with big, cozy social space!

This house looks so small - but feels so big! The wide-open living room is perfect for your small family party, and the kitchen is cozy but more than large enough to prepare food for ten. The decor is cute without being obnoxious. It feels like your home while you're there, and that's a rarity.

The owners must spend a lot of time working on this house; it's in immaculate condition. So close to Lakes Luzerne and George, it's clear we'll never need to take a risk on a vacation rental again. And did I mention friendly and prompt customer service? I cannot recommend this home more highly!
Owner's Response: We pride ourselves on making our home cozy, comfortable and family friendly. We want our renters to feel at home. We have selected top of the line bedding, towels and kitchen ware to make your stay exactly like a 4 star resort! The house is nestled in the quiet town of Lake Luzerne NY yet you will only be 6 miles from Lake George's town center! Join us in making memories and s'more's around the campfire pit over looking our quiet pond. We are currently booking reservations for 2012. See you in 2012.

Summer Fun In the Adirondacks In a lovely home!

Wow ! This was the perfect getaway for our family & friends. This house is nicer than the pics show. Clean well appointed house with comfortable beds, a large living room/dining area, gas powered fireplace, flatscreen TV w/surround sound and DVD player,new kitchen with all the extras. The owners sure know how to make a vacation easy. They had firewood, lawn chairs, gas grill, picnic table and all of it overlooking a quiet pond, where the kids could fish while the adults enjoyed each others company around the outfoor fire pit. Forest beach was only a short walk which allowed the kids and adults a place to swim (when Lake George beach was closed). Its only 7-10 minutes to Lake George Villiage and a few more to the outlet shopping area. One of the nicest details was the peacfulness of the property and the gentle animals that my children discovered and were able to see up close. Or as my six year old exclaimed "Daddy can we stay here with the chipmunks and deer, I don't want to go home because I like it here with them". That's when you know you had the perfect vacation stay. The property manager made renting easy. Thank you for the nice rental,we will be back.

Great House, upscale interior, new & clean!!

This was a great house to stay in for our family! It is decorated tastefully, bedding and linens looked brand new. The kitchen is well stocked and has new appliances including a washer & dryer. The owners/managers were kind enough to stock the kitchen with decent pots and pans and a big grill in the yard. The living/dining area was plenty big enough to handle our large crowd. We were surprised to find out that it is very close to the outlets and the Lake George village (15 minutes) and it was still close to Saratoga Raceway & SPAC (25 minutes). We enjoyed snowmobiling right off the property and hope to book again for the Americade weekend this summer or the Balloon Fest in the early fall! The best is that it was close to adventure (fishing in the yard) and still away in the woods!

This house has a large driveway and a decent picnic area over looking the pond! I will book this one again because it was better than any hotel I have ever stayed in the Lake George area and cheaper!

Adirondack fun

We had a great time at this place. Minutes from Lake George, cozy and efficient home. We loved sitting in the back yard and looking over the pond. We'll be back again for sure.
