Located in Quiogue, a quiet neighborhood of Southampton adjacent to Westhampton Beach, Cricket Hill is an historic shingled house built in 1881.

It's just a short drive to the ocean and a short walk to the bay, with a heated pool and hot tub in the back yard.

Many renovations were made in 2006-07.

Amenities include kayak, new 42' flat screen HDTV, cable, DVD/VCR, wireless Internet, fireplace, washer/dryer,

Cricket Hill is located on a quiet private lane in the historic neighborhood of Quiogue, Town of Southampton,

adjacent to the picturesque Village of Westhampton Beach, across an inlet on the way to the residents' beach. The surrounding houses mostly date to the 19th or early 20th century. The bay is 2 blocks away. The justly famous white sand residents-only beach is a 5-minute drive, or a 20-minute ride by bike. Restaurants and shopping of every description are within easy driving distance. Cricket Hill is located west of the major traffic bottlenecks, making trips from the city easy and swift.

It is a one and a half hour drive from New York and two hours via train withstation 1 mile away.
