What makes this condo unique is that it's been renovated (new floors, windows, sliding glass door, blinds, etc.) and is furnished at an owner-quality so it is much, much nicer than the usual summer rental - especially for a beach location. All we ask is that you respect that and take good care of it while you're visiting.
If you like to jog or walk you have a choice of miles of beach towards Monomoy or head to Morris Island, past picturesque Stage Harbor and the Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge. You can even go clamming right on our own beach! For recreation, across the driveway is an enormous field which draws kids and families from surrounding cottages for nightly ball games and fun.
Vacationing on Cape Cod's elbow allows easy trips to the upper and lower Cape as well as Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. So, whether you drive ten minutes to catch the ferry to Nantucket, drive or bike to Wellfleet or Provincetown for the arts, whale watching tours and local color or venture down to Falmouth for the shops or Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute, the Cape will always deliver an unforgettable vacation.
But then again, you may find this location so fabulous that you just settle in and relax to enjoy the beach, the waves, world-class bird watching, or the antics of our large seal population. Believe it or not, this winter two baby seals came up into our property!
And did we mention that the best chowder on the Cape is served-up right here in town! The Chatham Squire is a must. Oh, and the ice cream at Emac & Bolio's - yummy!
