Welcome Home, Our Home is your Home! We've lived in Anaheim for 12 years and really love being so close to Disneyland, as Disneyland neighbors we know when a new Restaurant or a new Ride is being planned. Disney is ever changing and ever expanding and always has something new to offer. Many times while watering the front yard with my kids I’ve experienced trying to communicate with tourist in different languages and/or sign languages. All of us help them to find the supermarket down the street or the T-shirt store for their souvenirs and other destinations. When we decided to move to be closer to work, we voted to convert this home full of great memories to a Vacation Rental. Disneyland is for us the happiest place on earth! The last thing we wanted to do is go back to a small hotel room full of people after being all day in Disneyland. We hope to enjoy your stay; they are many things to do in Orange County. Hot Spring Hot Tub will be available 1/29/2009

    $150 Departure cleaning fee

    $400 refundable security deposit, returned 2 weeks after departure

    Personal Checks, cashier's checks, Pay Pal accepted 3.5% surcharge for payment with Pay Pal Deposit of $400 to confirm dates (non-refundable if canceled Within 60 days)

    • $100 Cancellation fee will apply to all canceled reservations.


    • Additional Fee may be applicable (i.e., Optional $150 per week for heating the swimming Pool, etc.) Our Pool is not a regular standard pool is really big and cost more to heat. 22' x44'. 80 Degrees F.If you want the pool to be 85F to 95f degrees it is $250 per week.
  • Full payment must be received 60 days prior to your stay.

    You can pay by Cashiers Check or PayPal.

    If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation dates become open and available to others on a first come first serve basis.

    $100 Cancellation fee applies to all canceled reservations.

    60 days notice is required for any cancellations.

    The house comfortably sleeps 13, add $25 per person over 13 guests.

    Reservation Deposit is non- refundable if reservation is canceled less than 60 days prior to the reservation

This is THE place to stay; both for Disney and all things touristy. We spent many days at Disney and visited LegoLand, SeaWorld and several other local attractions. We can't wait to take advantage of this property on our next trip to Orange County.

We want to thank you for make us feel like home.
The house was beyond expectations.
We felt this house was our vacation home. The girls had a fun time using the customes and the boys loved the Game room. WoW! What a pool is bigger than some hotels
We hope to come back soon!

Thank you Liz For all your attentions we had a great time we loved Disneyland but its was so relaxing coming home to a beautiful home and a great back yard the pool was huge with a diving board, the game rome with the pool table help me bond with my boys .
We didn't need a car we walk to the shopping center the grocery store and the most important for us Disneyland.
We will be back next year.
