Additional information about rental rates

  • $2,200 - 3,600 Month USD
  • Tax Rate of 10% and ONE-TIME Cleaning Fee of $160 Per Rental is required in addition to rental rates shown above. Renter is responsible for Electricity usage OVER $150/month. For shorter period rentals, this amount will be pro-rated.
    A $500 security deposit in US Funds is required to hold reservation. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Small Dogs will be considered subject to approval. A non refundable pet fee of $200 is required in addition to the $500 Standard Security Deposit. We request a recent photo of the candidate, and require a veterinarian health certificate showing vaccinations are up to date. A monthly flea and tick treatment is recommended. 'Good Owner' rules apply. Further information regarding pets will be provided on Pet Addendum with Rental Contract.

we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this home was. very large master bedroom, very well-equipped kitchen, and cozy den that made a fine third bedroom.
most of our time was spent in, and around, the spacious pool area, which had lots of room for lounging and dining al fresco. on days we went to the beach there were beach mats and umbrellas, considerately left by the owners, for us to take along.
good neighborhood...close to restaurants...a thoroughly enjoyable stay, looking forward to returning!

Very nice house

We spent the month of Feb 2009 in this house. It is a very nice, comfortable house. The photos and description are accurate. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Good location/ neighborhood - very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Layout and furmiture made it feel like home. Our only issue was with the pool. It's advertised as a heated pool - however - it is heated with a heat pump - which never got the water to a comfortable temperature the entire month, even though we ran it continuously as we were advised.( 73 degrees was the highest it got) There is also no pool cover so most of the heat which is gained during the day is lost at night if the nights are cool. It was very disappointing not to be able to use the "heated" pool. The day time temperatures were in the 70's and 80's and the night time temperatures were in the 40's and 50's many nights.
Owner's Response: We appreciate the very nice rating and comments provided.

The pool heater is a heat pump, one year old and specifically designed and typcial for pools in South Florida. Once we heard there was an issue, we had the unit checked to assure it was in proper working order which it is. The unit will not bring the temperature up to spa conditions as it is not designed to do so.

This is the first time a renter raised an issue regarding pool temperature and we hope it was an isolated incident.
