This beautifully remodeled, one bedroom Snowcrest Condominium is across the street from three lifts at the base of Park City Mountain Ski Resort. Views of the mountains and ski resort from the living room are spectacular. Walk 300 yards and you're at the ski lifts at Park City Mountain Resort. Discount lift tickets offered with lodging! A rustic, southwestern theme runs throughout the non-smoking, condominium. A queen-size bed and queen-size sleeper-sofa comfortably sleep four adults, with an optional rollaway for five. After skiing, enjoy a swim in the heated pool and relax in the fourteen-person hot tub. A real wood-burning fireplace will help you unwind after a long, hard day outdoors. Whether you are taking a winter vacation to experience the legendary Utah powder, or enjoying our gorgeous summers on foot or on mountain bike, Park City will give you a vacation you will always remember!!

Across the street from the base of the Park City Ski Area - Easy walking distance (300 yards!). Walk to Main street (6 blocks) - fantastic location for Sundance film festival. The free shuttle bus stops across the street, allowing easy access to Main Street in Old Town and all it's shops and restaurants, grocery shopping and the Deer Valley and Canyons Ski Areas. Wireless internet access is included, heated pool, hot tub, full kitchen, all amenities, wood burning fire place, view of Park City Mountain resort and ski lifts.

Further details for this vacation condo rental in Snowcrest, Utah

Booking/Security/Cleaning fees:: First night + tax due in order to reserve, remainder due 45 days prior to arrival. A $300 security deposit is also required which is fully refundable after checkout and inspection, assuming there are no damages or incidental charges. Credit cards accepted with a 3% service fee 10.35% tax will be added to all nightly rentals. A $75 cleaning fee will be added to all stays less than 5 nights.

Discount Lift Tickets:: We do have an option to include discount lift tickets for our lodging guests for Park City Mountain (right across the street) and the Canyons. Please ask during your inquiry if you are interested.

Cancellation/Refunds:: If you 'over pay' via check or cashiers check, refunds for overpayment will be sent after the check has been completely cleared and after your checkout. I will NOT wire money (nor require you to) through Western Union or other sources. In the rare case of cancellation, I will work with you to rebook the unit and return your deposit. If I am unable to rebook the unit or you cancel within 45 days you will be subject to losing your 1st nights deposit.

Our family spent a wonderful Christmas 2008 in this amazing condo. It's perfectly located, right across from the lifts, all the amenities of home plus the entire family enjoyed the much heated pool and jacuzzi following a day of snowboarding. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Snowcrest was a perfect place to stay! Everything you could possibly want was available. It was close to everything, especially PCMR. It was so clean and cozy. I especially enjoyed the fireplace! The owner was especially easy to work with. Definitely would stay here again

Great location(walk to Albertsons, main street and PCM in ski boots), great hopitality (Patti was more than helpful with dinning suggestions and discount lift tickets),warm and cozy (plenty of firewood)and I will no doubt stay here again. Thanks for everything Patti!

Here's our Pro's & Con's for this unit:

PRO:
1. Condo in great condition with everything you will need to sleep up to four very comfortably
2. Great location - minutes to Main St., Ski rentals across the street, can walk to slopes
3. Fantastic owners to work with - met and exceeded every expectation
4. Heated pool & large Hot Tub in great condition
5. Plenty of storage room (ski's, etc.)
6. Free parking on site!
7. 5 minutes to Deer Valley or The Canyons
8. Firewood for the fireplace
9. Very reasonably priced for everything above

CONS:
1. Mints were not on the pillow!
2. After a hard day of skiing, massage therapist was not on site!
3. Does NOT come with a butler to cater to our every need!
4. Owners tried but could not make it snow during our stay!

Bottom line: All expectations were met or exceeded and we will come back the next time we are in Park City.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo is nicely decorated, cozy, and equiped with everything you could need or want. We fit four adults comfortably and had the added comfort of the beautiful fireplace. The location could not have been more convenient! I would highly recommend staying here - we will be back for sure!
