This beautiful beach cottage is located in North Forest Beach and is only 200 feet from the beach. There is a view of the Atlantic Ocean from the front yard and a heated* swimming pool, patio and screened porch in the back. There are no steps to climb - everything is on the ground level! The kitchen has new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is an eating area in the kitchen that seats six people comfortably. The living room has a leather sofa and chair, 37 inch flat panel TV, stereo, DVD and high-speed wireless Internet access. The master suite has a king bed and a private bath with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom has a bathtub with shower. North Forest Beach is a highly desirable area. This home is within walking distance to the Coligny shopping and restaurant area yet far enough to provide lots of peach and quiet. * The pool can be heated for an additional charge
