Renovated Duplex Victorian House has 2 private condo units. Common hall way allows it to become one big house or separated into 2 private units if you don't need both. Share the yard & BBQ area, offstreet parking for 4 to 5 cars. Perfect for family reunions, wedding groups, etc. Downstairs 3 bdrm 2 bath unit has 2 sided covered furnished porch with peeks of the water, dbl sleeper sofa in the living room, full kitchen, dine in living room, sliding door access to porch. Upstairs 2 level 4 bdrm 2 bath unit has a furnished balcony w/ water/beach views. Main level has kitchen, dine in living room, 2 bdrms, 1 bath. 2nd level of unit has 2 more bdrms w/ shared bath between.
