Brand new beautifully furnished three level villa steps from the golf course and pool. Easy access to beach (5 minutes), lagoon, dolphin show, restaurants and shopping either by foot or by provided golf cart. Local transport available to airport and shopping in Playa del Carmen. Near all major attractions: Chitzin Itza, Tulum, Xcaret, Cenotes, Jungle canopy adventures, Xel-Ha, ferry to Cozumel, etc. Scuba diving, fishing, golf (golf clubs in unit), tennis, snorkeling, swimming, kayaking and much more available near by. Furnished balcony off master bedroom and furnished third level patio with jacuzzi tub. Dish network and DVD player in bedrooms and TV room. Internet, washer/dryer and local phone all available in the unit. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms.

Perfect for our vacation!

We rented this condo for 4 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect. We loved being on a quiet street, while still just a few minutes bike ride (or golf cart ride) to all the action (hotel, beach, marina, shops, restaurants) The unit was very clean, had all the comforts of home, and was beautifully decorated. Prior to our arrival the owners, Rick and Lynn, were extremely helpful in providing us with all the information to make the most of our stay (i.e., tips for local activities, maps, etc.). The owners and the onsite manager were also very accessible during our stay in case we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this condo to any friends or family who are lucky enough to visit Puerto Aventuras. And if you have small children like we do, you'll love having a shallow pool just outside your doorsteps. We would also recommend renting a car if you are interested in excursions to Xcaret or Tulum, which are fantastic day trips if you are willing to give up some time on the beach. All in all, we had a fantastic vacation! Thanks Rick and Lynn for sharing your lovely home with us!!! - Lori and Dan
