In the picturesque village of Paderne lies this beautifully restored quinta. Set in 2 acres and looking out over the stunning Algarve countryside. Ideally located only 30 min from Faro airport, and 20 min from the centre of Albufeira and the golfing hot spots of Villamoura.
A short drive or leisurely walk will take you into Paderne, a typical Portuguese village. Full of charm and still unspoilt with it’s quaint shops, restaurants and famous Moorish castle ruins. There are 2 mini-markets for your day to day needs, one with butcher’s counter & fresh bread daily. There is a good choice of coffee shops and restaurants serving reasonably priced & tasty food with a friendly service.

Golf: Portugal provides an all year round climate which facilitates the golfing fraternity. Early morning and late afternoon golf is excellent in the summer months and with the mild winter climate, there is no restriction to what time of day a round of golf can be played in the other months throughout the year. A great selection of courses are all within easy reach of Casa Sandra such as The Pinta and Gramacho courses at Carvoeiro which is roughly 20 minutes away and the purpose built golf resort of Villamoura with lots of great courses is approx a 20 mins drive away. Over the last few years the Portuguese Open has been hosted at Penina, Vila Sol and São Lourenzo, all of which are included in the list of top European championship courses. Sunny playing conditions and immaculately manicured fairways and greens are the norm in the Algarve. There are over 20 courses within a 20 minute drive, so it’s not surprising that keen golfers find that the location of this villa is ideal to combine both a beach and a golfing holiday, and it also works well for partners and children who do not participate in the sport.
