Very bright and airy, w/ French doors & windows all the way around. 3rd floor apartment w/ Sundeck roof garden & jacuzzi on top, this has views of the city of Santa Monica, LA & mountains. Has pretty & lush foliage. Fully furnished, fully equipped, turnkey. 2 bed w/ a lounge area that can be converted into a third bedroom. 2 designer tile bathrooms, one w/ a whirlpool bath & shower. Large reception area. Living Room has a gas burning fireplace. Dining area & office area w/ internet. Remodeled, designer tile oak cabinet, fully equipped kitchen. Recently remodeled, this apartment is in excellent condition. It is very cozy yet open at the same time, just under 1,000 sq ft. Great neighborhood & very close to many of the main entertainment & business spots as well. Malibu, LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, 3rd St. Promanade, The Pier etc... 5-10 min walk to Beach, Main St. Venice Boardwalk. Abbot Kinney. Excellent Location!

This house is in an excellent location, just three minutes from popular Santa Monica Main St. with restaurants, clubs, bars, a pub, dancing, clothing shops, farmers market and much more. Venice boardwalk and Abbot Kinney (with all its entertainment like Main Street) is 8 minutes walk. 3rd street promenade and pier are only a five minute drive. Great neighborhood and very close to many of the main entertainment and business spots as well. Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air etc. Only a five minute walk to the beach. At the beach there is a bicycle, roller skate and footpath that goes from Marina del Rey to Malibu. There is surfing, boating, volley ball, kiddies park, of course swimming, and much more.

I have a big family & had to find a place big enough to accommodate us all. This home of Catherine's did that beautifully albeit some of the kids had to sleep in double beds. We found the house very cute and well appointed. It is in a fairly nice area & close to great restaurants & interesting shops. When there were problems a phonecall was all it needed to rectify. Would stay again.

Mahalo for providing such a wonderful home for our Family. We loved the spaciousness and lightness of the house. Having your original art work hung through out the house added beauty and the perfect energy for a Spiritual gathering.

The Kitchen was perfect as were the various bedrooms and sleeping areas. It worked perfectly for us.
