Our Beachside Getaway is located in beautiful St. Augustine Beach, Florida at Ocean Village Club, a beachfront gated resort. This newly redecorated condo is a second floor corner unit with great ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. The building is equipped with an elevator and features an open floor plan. It is located only a short walk from the beach and between two pools. The condo is comfortably equipped with everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay: Central heat and air, ceiling fans, cable TV, TV/VCR/DVD in living room and TV/VCR in master bedroom and guest bedroom, two telephones (with free local calls), towels and bed linens. The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, full refrigerator/icemaker, full oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffeemaker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, crock-pot, pantry and full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large shower bath; the guest room has two twin beds which can convert to a king-size bed; there is a sofa bed in the living room that opens to a wonderfully comfortable queen-size bed. The second bath with tub and shower is located between the bedrooms. For fun in the sun we have beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and sand toys. The balcony has a table and chairs for enjoying the ocean view and listening to the waves. A great place to watch the sun, moon or stars at the beginning or end of your day! ***For the comfort of our guests, no pets and no smoking allowed***

Our Beachside Getaway is located in St. Augustine Beach, FL on Anastasia Island. The condo is in a gated oceanfront complex. We are aprox. 10 mins. from our nation's oldest city, historical St. Augustine, which has many interesting attractions. In addition to the beaufiful white sandy beach, nearby are the Alligator Farm and Zoo (with zip ride), Lighthouse to climb, For Matanzas, and many wonderful restaurants.

Had a very nice trip to St. Augustine Beach! Ruth & Sam's condo was beautiful!! The best I've ever stayed in while vacationing! The weather wasn't the best but will definitely try again hopefully this summer!!

Hi, Sam and Ruth. We spent a lovely week at your condo right on St. Augustine beach. The apartment had every comfort we needed for a relaxing week of R&R. It was so well supplied and I really appreciated that since we had arrived after attending a hectic conference. We loved having breakfast on the balcony. The beach chairs, towels and umbrella were great for spending time at the beach; we saw dolphins, pelicans and shrimp boats go by. We walked all the way to the pier and back one morning! Your condo's location is so convenient to everything we wanted: golf courses, groceries, shopping outlets and restaurants. The brochures and info you provided were great reference points for us. We spent a day in old St. Augustine and had a yummy lunch of fresh grilled shrimp on St. George Street. We went to "Salt Water Cowboys" for a sunset drink and dinner one evening -- it's just down the street from the apartment. It was a thoroughly enjoyable vacation and we hope to visit you again soon. From the time we got up in the morning to watch the sun come up on the patio (even when it only winked at us through the clouds) to the time we took our chairs to the beach to enjoy the evening, our vacation at Ruth and Sam's lovely condo was wonderful. We had every convenience to make our stay comfortable. The welcoming fruit provided by Ruth and Sam made us feel welcom from the very moment of our arrival. Our visit to St. Augustine and the World Golf Hall of Fame was great. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a trip to the area. It will be everything you think it is going to be. Great Condo Comfortable like Home Home away from Home

Our stay was fantastic. We stayed here for our 35th wedding anniversary. Sam and Ruth were great. They had us snacks and fruits and even had a vase of flowers. This was so fitting since we celebrated our anniversary here. The condo was so clean and the beach was so large and beautiful. We definitely want to visit and stay here again.

We had the best time staying at Sam & Ruth's condo! They were so helpful and very friendly and we loved the fresh fruit basket they gave us upon arrival. The view was awesome and the condo was immaculate. Everything we needed was there from kitchen supplies to the chairs/towels to take to the beach and it made it so nice! You're very close to all the attractions and downtown St. Augustine. The beach is so beautiful, which we spent most of our days there picking up seashells and relaxing. It was a great week of vacation for our family and we would definately stay here again! Thanks again Sam & Ruth :)
