This is truly a paradise at the water's edge. So close to the water that you will feel you are staying on a ferry as the cottage is built right on the beach with bulk heads on three sides. Situated right on Beach Dr E in the city of Port Orchard, you are only 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The major shipping centers are only a short drive away. Yet entering the gate to the beach house you are guaranteed to experience the unparalleled peaceful tranquility that is normally associated with camping in the deep woods. With the Olympic mountains in the background you will have an unfiltered view of the entire Sinclair Inlet and a front row view of all marine activities in the deep waters of the channel. The Seattle-Bremerton ferry hurries by right in front of the house every hour, you may even catch a front row view of the USS aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln when it comes in for service.
