As our nearly 3 weeks stay in your condo at Kailua Village draws to a close, we wanted you to know what a wonderful time we had. The unit is absolutely Terrific! The layout, the furnishings, the view, and the location could not be better. You two have thought of everything to make a stay Perfect . . from the beach chairs to the rice cooker. You have overlooked and forgotten nothing. I'm not sure our home in California is equipped as well.
As you know, this is my third and J's second trip to the Big island, and we were here during the Aloha Festival activities. We felt that we had the time to really get to see the Island and enjoy the people and the Hawaiian culture. You are really blessed to call this home.
You can bet that we will tell anyone planning a trip to Kona to contact the Pattersons.

We chose to buy our vacation rental, because our dream had always been to live in Hawaii. As the time neared, we decided that Kona was the place for us. We felt it had the most desirable weather, fishing, and most harmonious cultural blend. We felt the community desire was to work together for the best interest and welfare of all.
We initially were attracted by the beauty of our ocean, magnificent sunsets, lush tropical plants and landscaping. The cultural activities of Hawaii, being hula or ukulele to name just a few, are available for all. There are so many activities available that it is difficult to choose. The Hawaiian culture is gracious, generous, humble, and willing to share the beauty of their heritage.
