The interior of this fully furnished condominium was completely renovated in late 2007 when the historic Whitaker Place Building (circa 1890) was converted to eight high end residential condominiums on the upper two floors and retail space at street level.

The Whitaker Place Building is the perfect location from which to base your Savannah visit. Catch a sightseeing trolley in City Market (located on the same block), or walk two blocks to River Street for a day of fun-filled shopping. Ghost Tours, trendy boutiques, theaters, museums and local artists are all within walking distance. You will be just a few footsteps away from many of Savannah's very best restaurants including the world-famous Lady and Son's, Vinnie Van Go Goes, Il Pasticcio, Avida, Jazz'd, Cha Bella, The Pink House, and the list goes on. The SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) campus is spread throughout the downtown area and you will be in the center of it. Parking is free on Broughton Street if you find a spot, and there are two parking garages close by. A weekend pass to the garage can be purchased for $8, but once you are here you will never have to get into your car because everything is just a few footsteps away from this perfectly located loft.

My husband and I along with another couple enjoyed a lovely weekend in Savannah. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Much cheaper than the hotels in the area, plus we saved even more by taking advantage of the great kitchen to make breakfast and lunch. The loft was walking distance to many restaurants and Savannah attractions...super convenient. The place was very clean and Mike was great! Thanks again

We stayed here over halloween weekend. It was great, the place is very nice and is located in a great location, everything is within walking distance. We are already talking about coming back to Savannah and we know exactly where we want to stay.

We absolutely LOVED this condo. So much better than getting a hotel room. So much more space and its the perfect location for exploring Savannah and going out. A group of 4 of us came and we all would definitely stay at this location again. A+++

Very clean modern unit. Perfect location for walking downtown or to river street. Would definitely recommend this unit to freinds and family. Restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Good view out the spacious windows. would definitely stay at this property again. I would give this unit a 5 excellent rating overall.
