The property: Villa Nova is expensively furnished throughout and includes three separate dining areas, one in the kitchen for informal meals, a superb formal dining room and an outside partially covered terrace for barbeque's and al fresco dining while enjoying the magnificent view. All the bedrooms are ensuite and are located on the second floor. The master bedroom suite has its own private terrace for taking full advantage of the views and the Mediterranean sunrise. The twin bedded rooms also share a terrace which is perfect for late afternoon sun. In the dressing room adjoining the main bedroom there is a double sofa bed. The remote control garage door gives access to the huge basement/garage area which includes a table tennis table which is great for keeping children occupied and out of the sun in the middle of the day. There is also a lift from the garage to the 1st and 2nd floors to take the strain out of carrying the shopping or the luggage upstairs.

Location: The charming old seaside resort of Sant Feliu de Guixols has a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops spread along its promenade, rambla and maze of little back streets. If your tastes are for the bright lights, fashion shopping and nightlife the bustling resort of Playa D'Aro is just 15 minutes by car or taxi. A newly opened road linking Casa Nova to the main coastal highway makes it easy to get to the other areas of interest such as historical Girona, La Bisbal for its unique ceramics, Figueras for the fantastic Dali museum, Banyoles for the lakeside walks and mountain scenery and even Barcelona only an hour away or even less by train from nearby Caldes.There are also 2 excellent golf courses close by, the nearest is 10 minutes away at Santa Cristina D'Aro and the championship course at Mas Nou is about a 15 minute drive.
