This brand new condo offers 1600 sq ft and includes a master bedroom with a large master bath with a bath tub and a separate shower. A living room with a gas fireplace a dining room, a large kitchen fully aquipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a one car garage, a large patio facing the Pemigewasset river where you can barbecue or simply enjoy the river. The master bedroom has a queen bed the second bedroom has also a queen bed and the third bedroom has a 3 bed bunk bed and finally there is a pullout sofabed in the family room. The unit also offers plasma tv, dvd/cd player, cable tv with brand new furniture and professionally decorated. There is also a large bathtub outside the unit and during ski season you can simply get out of the unit and ski out and at the end lf the day ski in the unit without the need to drive, just remove your skis and you are home.

Go on top of the mountain on New Hampshire longest Gondola ride open all year round and once at the top of the mountain enjoy the Glacial caves and exceptional mountains and lake views. Also enjoy fishing cannoeing and kayaking and mountain climbing. Still want more? Play minituare golf, enjoy Broadway musicals at the Papermill theater or enjoy the ski town of Lincoln filled with places to shop. Winter activities: Loon mountain offers 2,100 feet of verticals with a well stacked mix of terrain. Ski in and out of the unit, enjoy snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, night tubing with lift service, ice climbing and ice skating. Finally Loon Mountain offers several festival thoughout the year like the Highland games on Sept 22 and 23rd, the ice cream festival during Sept 2 and 3rd.
