Waterfront house on large lot -double driveway and double garage, boat parking space, with NEW outdoor inground pool in large fenced backyard with outdoor setting & inflatable rafts & toys. Use the Lanai which overlooks the pool for relaxing, watching TV and dining.Family room also overlooks pool and water. Internet wireless. Three TVs with satellite . House remodeled throughout with floating dock on deep water canal with seating to fish, relax, or boat or watch the sunset. Location of house provides direct access to Gulf of Mexico in minutes. Access to private beach with beach pass- Cabanas, barbecues and covered picnic tables.! Two bikes if required, fishing poles. Queen sized bed master bedroom ,two twin beds second bedroom , twin bed in Lanai. 3 TVs on satellite . Clean bathrooms (two). Kitchen fully equipped-Corian counter tops, all stainless steel appliances-dishwasher, fridge and microwave, stove. Washer and dryer.

We stayed here for our vacation in August and highly recommend this rental. The property was very clean and had everything we needed.The owners were great and made us feel very welcome. We plan to go back this fall. Home away from home but in paradise!

A great vacation spot

The house has everything you could want in a vacation home. There also were bikes, fishing equipment and a nice pool on site. We had access to the private beach 5 minutes away. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time and strongly recommend this house for a vacation in the sun. We look forward to returning again.

A Lovely Vacation Home with all the Amenities

The location in Gulf Harbors is ideal as this house is on a canal, so you have water views and can dock your boat if you have one. Sherry and Peter have thought of every detail for a guest's comfort and convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped and very modern and I liked having an eat-in kitchen as well as a dining room. The extra lanai room also has a large table for entertaining guests but the weather was a bit too cool for us to do that. The owners were only a phone call away to help with any needs which might arise and couldn't be friendlier. The brand new pool is beautiful as is the patio, but the pool isn't heated, so we didn't get to use it in Feb. The entire property was immaculate and well-kept. Having a DVR to record our favorite TV shows while we were out was a huge plus for TV addicts like us! We also loved the fact that Tarpon Springs with its sponge docks and amazing Greek restaurants and bakeries is only about 15 minutes away....oh, the baklava! Gulf Harbors has its own beach and the rental includes a pass for the beach. It is quiet and we enjoyed using the picnic tables there for impromptu lunches. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this home for anyone wanting to have a quiet stay, yet still close to stores (Publix is 5 minites away), restaurants and the attractions of central Florida.
