3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, 1 bath and a spotless outdoor shower with dressing area

No added fees to our rates! Avoid the Saturday traffic in our Friday to Friday rental. Exceptionally clean and roomy home just over a half mile from several Dennisport beaches. Central air conditioning; fans in all bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and a large family room. Rate includes sheets, towels, beach towels, the use of beach umbrellas, large/small cooler, beach chairs and beach bags. Full appliances in kitchen include a dishwasher. Separate family and living rooms. 3 TVs, a DVD player, VCR, Cable and WiFi. Master has a KING bed, two bedrooms each have two twin beds. Cable in:Family Room, Living Room and Master bedroom. Clean basement with washer and dryer is accessible from inside. Large deck with 2 tables, chairs. lounge chairs, an umbrella and an awning for relaxing after a day at the beach. Gas grill for enjoying a late day BBQ on the patio. Located on a quiet street away from traffic; great for walking;only .7 mile to Haigis Beach. Non-smoking. Sorry, no pets of any kind allowed. . Responsible parties must be age 25+.

Lots of Extras for Your Convenience: Rent direct from owner with no additional fees added in. Check in mid-afternoon on Friday and check out Friday at 11am to avoid the Saturday morning traffic rush getting on and off the Cape. Everything you need for the beach is available for your use: Beach chairs, beach bags and a beach carrier, two umbrellas and a large and small cooler included. Other conveniences: No need to bring linens if you don't want to - we've got everything you need from beach towels, new bed sheets to complete bath towel sets. A large gas grill just outside the kitchen door for those evening BBQs and a relaxing night sitting on the deck. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals at home; and plenty of dishes and coffee mugs for your use. The outdoor shower is as clean as they come and includes a separate dressing area. You can rent a bike at one of the nearby bike shops and ride the Cape Cod Bike Trail located just 5 minutes up the road.

About OWNER: Sue Lobban

I went to the Cape every year for vacation starting as a very young child. The thought of loading up the car with linens and towels rather than the things that were important to us was always frustrating. That is why I try to make coming to our home as easy as possible. I am also very particular about the cleanliness of my home and spend lots of time in the off-season making sure it is up to my standards for my guests arriving each Summer.

It is very clean and the rooms are spacious and have good closet space. I provide nice linens and not those see through ones you would get if you rent them. The beds are very comfortable as are the pillows and sheets. The kitchen is well equipped with all the tools and pots and pans you might need. The outdoor shower is as clean as they come and has a separate dressing area.

What makes this house unique

All our guests tell us this house feels like home and has all the amenities you need. It is nicely decorated to make you feel as though it is your home away from home. There is a spacious patio with two tables and lots of chairs for relaxing under the awning while you enjoy breakfast outside or dinner after time at the beach. My guests always tell us that we have thought of everything. We will let you know everything that is in the house so you don't pack things you don't need. And you will love taking a shower in our very nice outdoor shower with a separate dressing area. There is a nice side yard for playing yard game

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood off exit 9A and south to Lower County Road in Dennisport, Only .7 mile to Haigis Beach and several other beaches on Nantucket Sound. Near many restaurants, ice cream shops, gift shops, grocery stores, the Cape Cod Bike Trail, swimming, nearby boat shop for canoes, kayaks and paddle boats, miniature golf, go-karts, and a short, no traffic walk to the beach. Only a 5 minute drive to beautiful mile-long West Dennis beach. House is on a quiet street with little traffic and great for walks and bike riding. Visit the bay side just a few minutes away for beautiful sunsets and access to more shops, restaurants or just a quiet ride to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Cape Cod. Enjoy one of many public golf courses in Dennis and near-by Yarmouth.

Our Home Away from Home

The owner of this house has really thought of everything. This house is beautiful, spotless, and you can arrive worry free. You walk in and everything is spotless, the guest book awaits you on the kitchen table, and you just can't wait to hit the beach! Should you forget an important item, this house is stocked with extras of almost any amenity you could need, from shampoo and beach towels, to board games and DVD's! My family loves that the house is so close to West Dennis Beach and other beaches. We can easily head to the Ring Brothers Market and pick up some Spinner's Pizza on a lazy evening, or sit in the air conditioned kitchen playing Monopoly. There is a notebook under the TV devoted to different activities and travel ideas while at the Cape, and another notebook devoted entirely to great eats. You can also stop by the local grocery and pick up your own lobsters to make at home if you like! Each room has a different Nautical Theme, the outdoor and indoor showers are wonderful, and the clean up instructions when leaving make it easy to ensure that everything was left in good condition for the next guests. This cottage is my family's summer home away from home:)

A week on Cape Cod and Hurricane Earl!!

We had a wonderful week at the house in West Dennis. The house is everything and more that you might want in a vacation home. It was very clean with abundant towels and bedding. The description was spot on. We also loved the outside shower. Hurricane Earl came our way but was downgraded by the time it arrived. The beaches are lovely and one is within walling distance. We used the grill to BBQ everynight. There is a good supermarket not far away. Whale watching was amazing, we saw over 40 humpback whales. A trip to Provincetown and Chatham are a must. If you have teenagers or younger children play mini golf at Pirates Cove...it was so good we went twice.

we would recommend the house to anyone, excellent value, great house in a great place

Sue and Bob were really helpful in organising everything and even set up paypal so we could pay without international charges from our bank

'tis a little bit of heaven...

We spent two wonderful weeks in this lovely home. For me it was a lovely home from home but with much better weather as we came from Ireland. This house was spotless, fully equipped, and very close to the beaches and towns of Cape Cod. Traveling from such a long distance one important thing for me was having linens & towels, both there in abundance. Also having air-conditioning was a huge plus. Internet a big advantage to keep in contact with the folks back home. Plenty of information on what, where, how, things to do in the area. But for me the most memorable thing about the house was standing in the outside shower, under a big old pine tree with a rambling rose over head, blue sky, fresh air, hot shower. 'tis a little bit of heaven........
