Beautiful, bright & open family home on an acre lot at the end of a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. Less than a mile to Thumpertown Bay Beach, 8/10 mile to Wiley Park (pond with playground and walking trails) and less than 3 miles to Coast Guard Ocean Beach. Multiple, furnished areas of outdoor living - deck with outdoor Bose speakers, patio and covered mahogany deck. Spacious tiled sun room with a ceiling fan - perfect for dining, playing cards, board games (provided) or reading a book (provided). Hardwood floors throughout, tile in bathrooms. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Less than a mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike path). Full basement with interior/bulk head access for storage of your bikes, surf boards, beach chairs, etc. No pets or smoking allowed on property. Linens will not be provided.
