Our address is 2252 Beach Rd. Gulfport, 39507 We partner with several other owners on the Gulf Coast, and have an inventory of highrise, beachfront condos in different complexes ranging in size from 1-4 BR's. All of our Villa furnishings are new. The master suite is king, second bedroom is queen, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVD players. Additional sleeping area is available on our new queen sleeper sofa. All of our mattresses are top quality with high thread count sheets, just like at home. We offer free wireless internet as well as unlimited free local phone calls! The master bath has a large jetted tub and separate walk-in shower.

Our kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your seafood laden culinary endeavors. A French Press and coffee grinder for the coffee aficionado in your group. Our unit is on the second floor, with an attached 2 car garage on the first floor. Pack 'n play crib and high chair are in the laundry room for families with infants. We've also left some sand toys for the kids at the beach.

Legacy Villas has two pools, a hot tub, exercise facility, club house with a business center and grill room!!!! The new Bella Luna Day Spa has recently opened right next door. The Beau Rivage, HardRock, Presidential, Palace, and Treasure Bay casinos are all close by. New Orleans is a one hour and 15 minute drive. Mississippi convention center is a few miles down Beach Blvd. We're 8 miles from the airport. There are TONS of things to do here. We offer discounts for longer stays of 30 plus days. Call us now!! Great Family Vacation Spot

Our condo was clean & beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to lots of things to do. It was right by the beach, had a great pool & playground in the complex. We were only an hour from Dauphin island & New Orleans. I have 4 kids and we even had a grnadparent with us & our condo had plenty of space. The customer service was very great. We were able to reach them easily. We left my daughters favorite stuffed animal by accident. They are shipping it to us asap. You'll love the condo & the area.There are some great places to eat. We loved the Blow Fly Inn . My kids loved finding shells on the beach. The Estuarium on Dauphin Island in nearby Mobile Alabama was lots of fun for the kids and very educational. Thanks for a great vacation!

This condo is an amazing deal! The 4 of us guys
used this as our base of operations for our annual
golf trip and it had every amenity that we could
think of. Clean, spacious, plenty of tv's a balcony.
My only complaint doesn't even have anything to do
with the actual condo itself, just that there is a
group of teenagers that are constantly hanging out
at the big pool. What kind of jack ass smokes
cigarettes in a hot tub(or at all, for that matter)?
My guess is that they use the cabana as an adult
supervision free motel room. Other than that,
which was pretty minor in the scheme of things,
everything was smooth, easy and awesome. We'll be
back for sure. The natives were incredibly friendly
and helpful. Feel free to call me with questions.
