Only 35 minutes to the Orlando International Airport, this oceanview townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in over 1700 square feet of living space on the closest beach to Orlando and the theme parks. The home is fully furnished including beach chairs, coolers, beach mats, and sand toys for the kids! After your day in Orlando or lounging on the beach, come back and enjoy a relaxing soak in the 4-person hot tub. You'll find cable TV/DVD players in all bedrooms, wireless Internet, stereo, and flat screen in the living room. One car garage with additional parking available. House Description: Seaside Escape has 1K and 2Q bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and includes a full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, and garbage disposal. All utensils, silverware, dishes, pots/pans are also included as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, and cork screw. All linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are also supplied. Seaside Escape is fully furnished for children with a high chair, Pac-N-Play, and stair gates. Wireless Internet is available for guests and full cable TV/DVD can be found in the living room and all bedrooms. The yard is fully fenced and many beach toys are supplied including a surfboard for your use. There is an outdoor shower for use after a beach visit in the tropically landscaped yard. A gas BarBQ grill can be found on the back deck as well as a 4-person hot tub. We are fully licensed by the State of Florida and accept credit card for your protection!

Surrounding Area: The surrounding area includes many activities such as Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Universal, casino ships, and, of course, the beach about 600 feet away. Go-kart tracks and mini-golf courses are only blocks away from the house and cruise ship terminals are less than 2 miles away. Great seafood restaurants and dining are close-by and fresh seafood markets are only minutes away so that you may create your own seafood feast at the house.

We LOVE the beach, cruising, and Orlando theme parks! And...so do our kids! While just steps from the beach, the house is also easily reached from the Orlando/Orlando airport area. We love the fact that once we land in Orlando, we know we can be ON THE BEACH in less than an hour! The home is perfect for families with everything a family needs but open and private for mature couples to enjoy as well. We love watching cruise ships sail in and out of the port, lying in the sun, visiting the theme parks, coming home to the hot tub and our own meals, and watching the manatees and dolphins play in the surf! We also spend a lot of time at Disney and Universal which are only 35-40 minutes away on the 4-lane Beachline Expressway (528). We are located on the closest beach to Orlando and our home is the perfect place to split a theme park/beach vacation! Many of our past guests have also chosen to just stay on the coast and take the short drive to Orlando, visit the casinos nearby, or try their luck on a chartered fishing vessel. Others like to extend their cruise vacation by staying with us before or after their sail.

The Cocoa Beach area is world famous for powder soft sand, shelling, and surfing. The well-known Ron Jon Surf Shop is minutes away. Kennedy Space Center is a short drive to the north and all Orlando theme park attractions can be reached in 35 minutes. Daytona Beach and Daytona International Speedway are about 60 miles away. Port Canaveral (1.5 miles away) is home to Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and Disney cruise ships among many others that visit weekly. There are also casino gaming ships that leave Port Canaveral several times daily. Everglades National Park tours, parasailing, manatee viewing, and deep sea fishing opportunities are easily booked in the area.

This was our first time to Cocoa Beach and honestly we never felt so at home and both my daughter and I found it extremely hard to leave.
The home was everything we wished for and more, from location, to the layout and everything was so close.
The first week we didn't rent a car because we wanted to enjoy the area on foot or by biking and everything we needed was there at the house and honestly we felt like it was our place.
The property was extremely clean and well maintained and we can't wait to come back maybe even longer this time (maybe a month or two) we absolutely fell in love with Cocoa Beach and the people both locals and tourist.
Being so close to the beach (like minutes was fantastic) watched alot of sunrises and took alot of walks along the beach.
Tried some of the local restaurants and everyone we tried we loved from the Port to the Peir we just didn't have a bad meal, and did I mention the people were so friendly and helpful and shared alot of information about their area.
To have the ocean and the river all around you is like heaven to my daughter and I.
We loved the Kayak tours and the surfing and the food.
The owners took great care to ensure there just wasn't anything missing and you truly enjoyed your stay.
We loved sitting in the backyard having our meals and feeling the warmth of the sun, our season in Nova Scotia is short so we took it all in.
This was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation we have had in a long time and the Bowers are to be commended for their detail in making sure it all happend.
We will be back.

Great place to stay!

This was our second time staying at Seaside Escape. We loved every minute! A short 2 block walk to the beach, and everything you need is there for your use, coolers, chairs, beach umbrellas (umbrella anchor is genius!), sand toys of all sorts, beach towels, and a cart to wheel it all in. All you need to pack is a toothbrush!

The pictures do not do this townhouse justice. The bedrooms are spacious, as is the livingroom. The kitchen has everything you need. Well worth price, a great value compared to a hotel. Hot tub out back is an added bonus!

Just south of Port Canaveral, can watch all the cruise ships leave from the beach. Very close to the Cocoa Beach pier, just 2 miles north. Lots of good restaurants and shopping near by. Found a gem, the Vargus Cafe on Atlantic, excellent Cuban food at a great price! Kennedy Space Center was a short drive, did the extra Up Close Tour, got to go into the Vehicle Assembly Building and see Space Shuttle Discovery!

Todd and Dawn were great to work with. Great communication. I highly recommend staying at Seaside Escape, it was our second time staying here,, and we will certainly stay again the next time we visit the Cocoa Beach Area.

Wonderful house close to the beach

My family and I stayed at this house the end of June. The house was just as advertised and honestly had everything your own home would have. It was just a little more than a block to the beach and the owners have every beach toy you can imagine(and are kind enough to let you use them).It really is a home away from home and there is so much to do in the area. We spent time at the beach but also took a day and went to the Kennedy Space Center. The only thing that could be better than the house was how great the owners are. They gave us all kind of information about the area, including good restaurants, neat things to see, and grocery stores in the area. We would definately rent this house again and would recommend to others.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

our easter at seaside escape

We had a nice stay in this house. Thanks to the discription of the owner we found the house directly. Everything looked like it is shown on the (homeaway-)pictures. We got what we expected. The owner is very friendly and trusty. In the house everything is explained very carefully, how to use and do things. The kitchen was equipped just perfect and we found everything we needed to prepare our meals. The neighborhood is quite and the beach is only a few minute walk. The bedding in the master was way to soft for us, but everyone has it´s own liking. Some things need to be fixed like the hot tub table and the fly screen door to the backyard.
Owner's Response: The hot tub table (really a small shelf on the side of the tub on which to set drinks) in question was quickly repaired immediately after the guest's departure since it had been sit upon by someone and broken. We can't reply to the screen door issue as we do not have a screen door.
