Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4-5)

The resort is located on premium waterfront on South Osoyoos Lake. These ground floor, poolside, luxury 2 bedroom condominiums are tastefully furnished, Santa Fe style, with Queen size beds in Master bedrooms & custom built bunks in 2nd bedrooms (ideal for a family of 4 or 5). The ground floor condominiums are separated by one unit(Sorry, no pets).

Finishing features include:

Leather/Suede furniture, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and tiled entrances.

These privately owned units are fully-equipped. In the summer, lounge by the pool, enjoy the day on the 300 feet of private beach, or spend hours swimming in one of Canada's warmest lakes. In the Spring and Fall, enjoy wine tasting at the many wineries close by or enjoy a game of golf at the courses in Osoyoos and Oliver. Any time of the year pamper yourself with a visit to the on site spa & wellness centre for a massage, facial, manicure or one of the many other treatments offered.

Cherry fiesta starts off on July 1st with a parade on Main St, there's a beer garden in the afternoon & entertainment all day on Gyro Beach followed by the 2nd largest firework display in Canada.

On Saturdays from May to October visit the market on Main St where local vendors are selling their wares.

For 25 years Home Hardware has been hosting a street dance on one Friday night in July & August, lots of prizes & a ton of fun for all ages.

Casa Del Mila Oro Resort & Spa is ideally located, just a short walk to local restaurants, Rattlesnake Canyon or the Waterslides & a 5 minute drive into town for groceries (it used to be 2 minutes till they added a traffic light!) There's a wide pathway for walking or biking opposite the resort, ideal for a leisurely evening stroll by the lake or an early morning run.

Great holiday

Our main purpose for travel to Osoyoos was to tour the wineries. The accomodations at this condo were very good as we did not intend on spending a lot of time there. The unit was as we expected and the owners made it very easy to book. This complex was very close to many good restaurants (the Compo Marina) was excellent and we went there twice. The condo is right across from the beach and we walked over with lawn chairs to relax. The unit is fully equipped and everything worked. As we were told parking is a bit of an issue as there are no assigned spots. The first weekend we were there was busy and we had to park on the street. After that no problem. The pool is not huge and mostly the kids and younger crowd take up most of it but at times it not occupied (dinner time mostly). We were on the lower level and you can hear when people are moving about in the units above. But our unit was cool in spite of the plus 30 C temperatures. The patio was great with the table and chairs as well as the BBQ. I would reccomend this property. Although this particular unit says no pets other units alow pets.

We stayed at this location for 3 nights. The kitchen is well equipped and the suite is clean. The suite is on the ground floor and right by the pool which makes it the perfect spot for children. The lake is only a few steps away around the corner past the pool. We were pleased with our stay!

A gem in the heart of Osoyoos

What a delight to arrive after nearly six hours on the road to this wonderful condo in Osoyoos. It is everything the listing claims, and more. Well-positioned just ten minutes over the border. Don't miss exploring the ghost town at Molson/Old Molson (USA side) about thirty minutes away. The drive is spectacular and you can walk right into the abandoned buildings. The old school house is a real highlight. Another super side trip is the thirty minute drive to Oliver, where we did some incredible mountain biking via the entrance to Covert Farms. If you don't bike, then hike instead to McIntyre Bluff. Exhilarating! Stop at countless wineries and fruit stands along the way, or stop and pick cherries off directly off the trees at some farms.

The unit itself was spotless and featured granite counters, all the needed kitchen equipment, and even those little extras, like spices and coffee filters. This is a ground-floor unit that opened to a private little patio with direct access to the pool and hot tub. A beautiful gas grill made the evening meals simple and festive.

I would highly recommend this accommodation. The owners are super, personable people.

Very relaxing and qiuet vacation experience

We stayed in this very nice and clean condo in the middle of June for 10 days. The price was very reasonable comparing with other places. It was very quiet at this time of the year and we practically had a pool to our-selfs. The condo was on the ground floor right across the pool, which was great for our 2 year old daughter. It had a nice patio with barbecue. The lake with small private beach was right across the street. We had everything we could possibly need in the condo. The only thing the beds in the second bedroom (which actually doesn't have a window!) were too high for our 2 year old to sleep safely. So we had to ask a manager if we can rent a playpen and she was very nice to give us the one.
It was very positive and pleasant experience and we would love to come back there next year.
I will recommend this property to my friends.

Everything You Need for a great escape

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed to unit. Everything was provided and we only had to bring our pool towels....great kitchen. Loved the large bath but would the unit did struggle to provide enough hot water for more than 1 bath. The owners quickly addressed this issue and this was appreciated. The unit was very close and convenient to the pool. The complex was also very well maintained and the unit was like new....clean, tidy and well appointed. The unit was also very cool when temperatures reached 25degrees outside. The booking process was easy and the owners were very good to deal with. Overall a really great few days away and we would recommend this unit to anyone. We will definitely be back in the future
