Our luxurious ground level condo is waiting for you! Completely renovated and refurnished, it has a spacious open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, huge patio, split master bedroom with large walk in closet, fireplace and more. One bedroom also functions as an office with desk. The second bedroom also has queen size bed. Dip into the near Olympic-sized pool, which is centered in an oasis, next to the gorgeous new clubhouse that features a business center, games room with pool table, wine bar, fitness center, tanning bed, sauna and movie theatre. Walking distance to neighborhood shopping plaza w/grocery store, video, restaurants, bank, cleaners, hardware and more. My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing 3 week getaway vacation renting this spacious 3-bedroom condo! We liked everything about it! It was extremely clean with many new added touches! The pictures on the website are very accurate! We were extremely pleased with the warm and friendly atmosphere in and around the complex. The location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was within a few miles! The pool is exceptional!! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a well kept and maintained condo!
We are looking forward to going back agian in 2010! Last but not least the owners of the condo were very pleasing and enjoyable to work through!
Owner's Response: We endeavour to make your stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible allowing you to relax by the pool or take in the many attractions in Scottsdale and the surrounding area.
We have added a flat-screen TV in the second bedroom and down pillows are available for your sleeping pleasure.
Cuddle up with the new colorful throw blankets as you put your feet up in the reclining leather sofa.

Great Vacation!

Our family had a great time renting this condo in North Scottsdale over spring break. The 3BR unit provides a lot of extra space to spread out. The owners are very cordial and quick to respond to any questions. The pool area was a short walk (1 min or less) and not crowded at all. We went to the pool every day we were in Scottsdale. I would recommend this rental.
Owner's Response: We want your vacation to be a memorable one filled with relaxation in the sun, golfing, swimming in the pool or visiting one of the intriguing attractions in the area.
Our location is very accessible to all the main arteries. There are many mall for shopping just minutes away. The Mayo Clinic is just three minutes away if ground-level accommodation is required for medical reasons.
We enjoy communicating with all our guests and are willing to answer all questions to the best of our knowledge regarding the amenities or the attractions. Relax, revive and enjoy!
