The condo features radiant floors in Winter and air-conditioning in Summer. Its ample, sunny deck is equipped with a gas-barbecue and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy meals outside in the sunshine or under the stars. And it’s a great perch to watch the paragliders soar overhead! · Master bedroom has queen-sized bed, a flat-panel TV, full bath en suite with shower, Jacuzzi tub and extensive closet space. Provides direct access to sunny deck. Located on the view end of the unit and is air-conditioned.
· Large second bedroom has two twins or can be made up as a king, with TV/DVD. Uses full bath in the hall.
· Third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed—the lower of which is a double sized futon—and a desk.
LIVING ROOM has a sitting area oriented around a gas fireplace and includes a wall mounted 42-inch HDTV/BlueRay DVD w/ WiFi access to Pandora & NetFlix. There is also a stereo CD player & self-powered speakers for iPods, etc. This room has air-conditioning in season.
KITCHEN is a full-sized, u-shape that is bright, fresh and totally equipped for the avid-chef. It includes granite countertops, quality cookware, gas profile range & convection oven, a central preparation station, coffee maker & Espresso maker, food processor and blender. There is a microwave, dishwasher and an automatic icemaker. A gas barbecue is on the deck. The DINING ensemble is adjacent to the kitchen and living room and will seat up to eight people.
SOUTH-FACING DECK has full-sized Weber Barbecue, cafe table that accommodates up to 5 with a 9 ft diameter umbrella. Outdoor metal chairs can seat up to .4
