Affordable Oceanview 1 bedroom with a private bath, plus a second bath that gives privacy for everyone. Privately-owned. Sleeps (1-6). With kitchenette with double burner electric stove, coffee maker, full refrigerator, grill, hair dryer, microwave, alarm clock, cable TV, DVD player, air conditioning and patio furniture on balcony. A secured Internet modem was purchased for your internet enjoyment. Ocean breezes, the smell of salt air and the sound of crashing waves against the Daytona shoreline. This lovely unit has 2 Queen-size beds and a Queen-size sleeper sofa. This oceanfront condo is on the 2nd floor where you are only steps from Daytona’s popular beach. If you’ve come to relax or to have fun, you’ve definitely come to the right place. The patio is right outside your door where you can relax in the sun, read a good book or cool off with a swim in your choice of 2 pools(1 heated). Our Favorite Getaway

This is our second stay at this condo and our family has a blast. The kids love the pools and ocean and the freedom to run back and forth to each in a safe and well kept environment. The condo is comfortable and clean and enough room for everyone to have their privacy. With our family of six we could not stay anywhere else for the price with all the modern conveniences. Rob the owner is always available if the need arises, and we always have enough towels to keep us going for the week. He even provides boogie boards and beach towels for the kids. This is a vacation that we look forward to each year and can affort. We highly recommend this unit.

These pictures are NOT what I got. My room was 1 teeny tiny bathroom, a kitchen the size of a postage stamp, bedroom and living room were all one room, the head board fell off the wall while my husband and I were in bed. We had to go to Ace Hardware the next day to get some screws to re-mount it. The bed was as hard as a rock and squeaked every time you moved. The kitchen literally was so small that one person could barely get in it. There was a wobbly old stand in the bathroom to put your things on. If you blew on it real hard, it would have fallen over. There was a vacant lot right next to the building that we had to look out over to see the ocean. In my opinion, this is false advertising. The owner did give us our deposit back.
Owner's Response: These rentors were confused. They sent a review on a property they did not stay in. They never called me to talk of changing their condo wishes. I have not heard from these people at all. As for the other condo issues, I was not aware of the bed and table issues and they have been fixed.

Memorial Day Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The condo is clean, has everything we needed, has a nice view from the balcony, easy access to the beach, nice pool, and plenty of places to visit and eat!

Relaxing and Fun

This condo was a great pick, the price was right and my family had a wonderful time, my husband and two sons felt very comfortable and never crowded in this unit. It was clean and well maintained. My boys loved running from the pools to the beach and back again. The back patio was beautiful and we had everything we needed to make out stay pleasant. From boogie boards to free coffee and a bowl of fresh taffy to greet us. Plenty to do in the area as well. We would love to stay in this unit our next visit to Daytona.
