Very Private yet close to EVERYTHING! Walk to MANY restaurants, Dunkin Donuts, ice cream, groceries, etc.,. 1 mile to Beautiful Seagull Beach road! A Quick 3mn drive or bike ride. After the beach shower off in the outdoor shower and start grilling on the new gas grill! Relax on the Adirondack chairs or take a walk or a bike ride in the quiet, newly paved neighborhood. Sip your morning coffee on the outside porch in the new rocking chairs! Enjoy an evening around the fire pit! We have baby items such as a high chair, booster seat, pack n play and monitors for your family convenience. Too Many positives to list! Come see and ENJOY for yourself!

The benefit this home offers is a quiet street which allows bikers, walkers, football/wiffle ball/frizbee games to be had with out worry or interuption. It is a short bike ride/drive/walk/jog to Seagul Beach since we are located south of Rt. 28. Our home also gives you quick walkable access to many stores and restaraunts including the Christmas Tree Shop, Dunkin Donuts and to get ice cream! This home is truly a perfect location!

Yarmouth is a great central location which offers access to most everything! We have some of the finest Beaches as well as restaurants, ice cream, and of course the seafood and clam chowda is out of this world!! There are so many activities to take advantage of too! Try ALL the beaches and then take a drive to the national sea shore and be wowed!! There are all kinds of activities for kids at your fingertips too! Trampolines, batting cages, go-carts, museums, zoo, whale watching, live theatre, mini-golf and more! There are three beautiful golf courses in Yarmouth to enjoy yourself on! the Wellfleet Drive in Movie theatre is a short ride away:) Take in a Cape cod Baseball League game! So much to do and see or just RELAX! Come See!
