Located above Useless Bay on the southwest corner of Whidbey Island, at this unique guest house you will experience 'Island Time' - Northwest style. Come and take a step back to a quieter time. We agree that this is possibly the most relaxing place we've ever stayed, time seems to slow down. While here you can explore private Sunlight Beach with its endless tide flats and quiet bird preserve. Watch ships passing, savor the beauty of the sun setting behind the Olympic Mountains and marvel as eagles soar over the bay. I love the undisturbed view when the blue sky is full of endless sunshine. The sight of clouds fluffy, flat, gray, white, thick, thin...over the Olympics...over the trees in perpetual motion and reconfiguration is riveting!

Location: Washington < USA

Sunlight SeaScape is located on 1/2 acre with 180 degree view decks, and gardens, including the Guest House, Library and Cottage. Le Studio is a two story guest house, each with its own entry, deck, fireplace, kitchenette and bath. The Library is a beautiful space with lovely furnishings, bunks, 1/2 bath, fireplace and view decks. Less than 35 miles from the downtown Seattle, our location is perfect for romantic getaways, writing retreats and friends & family gatherings.

a quarter mile walk from a long beach, about the same from a lovely marsh, lots of birds, a couple of miles from the weekend farmers market, 3 miles from langley with lots of restaurants, and a wonderful studio apartment (separate yet part of a larger house) with views of the ocean, and the olympics, with a small deck, we had a great time being here for our 5th anniversary. Joy was a wonderful welcomer (owner of the property). would go back again....
