A contemporary Vineyard vacation home located in the desirable Katama area, close to South Beach and minutes to downtown Edgartown. The open floor plan provides convenience on the first floor of living, dining, kitchen area, and master bedroom. The house is filled with plenty of natural light with the many sliders leading to outside deck and plenty of skylights. Second floor includes second master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. Kitchen renovation completed Spring 2005. New mahogany deck installed Spring 2006. Full Bathrooms renovated Spring 2007. Ferry tickets available.
