Bucks County Self-Catering Vacation- The Cottage is a 175 year old house located in the heart of New Hope that has been completely renovated to combine the simple elegance and charm of an historic home with modern comforts such as flat screen cable television, an iPod docking station, wireless Internet and central air conditioning. For those who enjoy cooking, the full kitchen features a professional gas range and includes a dishwasher and microwave as well. (Private cooking classes can also be arranged.) The open first floor plan with a gas fireplace is the ideal setting for socializing. The original winder staircase takes you upstairs to the second floor with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Off-street parking is included. Small pets are welcome for a small fee and deposit. 20 minutes to Princeton, 40 minutes to Philadelphia and an hour and 15 minutes to New York City. Convenient bus and train service is available from New York City.

This delightful cottage is comfortable, clean and very well appointed. Olde Worlde charm with all "mod cons." Its location is perfect for an easy stroll to everything in New Hope and Lambertville. On future visits to the area, we will try The Cottage before a B & B.

Wonderful home....would love to have as my own vacation home! Beautifully restored, great mix of old and modern, everything you would need, a true home away from home....great location in town...better than any hotel could hope for, thank you for opening it up!

We enjoyed every minute in the cottage! It offered all the comforts of home in a charming, ideal location, and we wanted for nothing...except more time to enjoy it! We hope to return in cooler weather, and already look forward to warming up by the beautiful fireplace after a day of shopping and sightseeing.

The Cottage was lovely and had everything we needed while in town for a friend's wedding. We had a wonderful weekend and would highly recommend The Cottage in New Hope!
