This 5 bedroom home was built in 1890 by Captain Olin Crowell and is now available for a summer rental. Not your average cottage, this year round, furnished home has many traditional Victorian features - high ceilings, butler's pantry, lots of nooks and crannies - and sits on a half acre lot, most of which is in the large, grassed, fenced back yard.
Recently updated, this home includes: five bedrooms, three and 1/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a living room, a parlor, a sleeping porch, three bedrooms (including a master) upstairs, two bedrooms/sitting rooms downstairs. Lots of room for your family, and your dog, to enjoy!
Located on the corner of Main and Sea Streets in Dennisport, this is a walk-to-almost everything location and is exactly one mile from the Sea Street Beach.
