Cozy Ranch Cottage located in Seabrook Beach directly across from entrance to private beach area; 192 Atlantic Ave, approximately 30 yards to the waterfront on corner lot; Majority of homes in this area are owner occupied. Plenty of parking available; Outdoor patio and shower; grill available; Clean and well maintained; Available June, July & August for weekly rentals; Available from September to May for reasonable off season monthly rate.
