Newer Cape Cod style fully furnished year round home. Modern kitchen, dining room, washer and drier, and open living room. Bedroom on first floor, lofted master bedroom and bath on second floor. Located half a mile North of the village of Union Springs. Large lot located on private road, 100 feet of level lake front. Walk out screened-in porch to dock with boat & jet ski hoists. Walking distance to Hibiscus Harbor marina with restaurant and nearby campgrounds. Public access boat launch 3 miles. Paddle boat & canoe available with rental. Motor/row boat for rent. Located 8 miles from Fingerlakes Mall, Bass Pro Shops, and Fingerlakes Crossing Shopping Center. 17 miles to Waterloo Premium Outlet Mall, 18 miles to scenic Skaneateles, and 16 miles from Seneca Falls. Nearby attractions include fine dining at the Aurora Inn, Deerhead Inn, and Wheelhouse Restaurants (all boat accessible); Fingerlakes Wine Trail, Montezuma Wildlife Refuge, 8 golf courses within a 20 minute drive.

Cozy yet invigorating retreat for family & friends

Where do I begin? This lovely cabin retreat offers every comfort of home and an absolutely serene setting. My friends and I came with plans to visit lots of wineries in the area and found that we didn't want to leave! The lake is beautiful, and we loved spending time on the water in the canoe and paddle boat the cottage provides. The cottage itself is cozy and comfortable, with every amenity you can think of. The full kitchen made it fun to cook, grill, hang out on the screened porch. We loved the open fire on the beach at night, amazing star-gazing, too. We absolutely loved our visit there and cannot wait to go back again soon. Many thanks, Kent and Jennifer, for making our stay so wonderful.

Fantastic!

My family rented this lovely home for our week-long vacation and it was absolutely perfect. It is clean, modern, has all the conveniences of home -- and is right on the water! The house is even prettier in person than it looks in the pictures. The kids had a wonderful time catching one fish after another right off the dock. The paddleboat was lots of fun and campfires by the shore at night were the best.

It took a long time to find a place like this to rent on one of the Finger Lakes and we were thrilled to finally find this property. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. So search no more, you've found a gem!

Relaxing Lakefront

This relaxing lakefront home had everything we needed. It allowed us to get away while still having acess to internet. A waterfall swimming hole was a short drive away, as were groceries and many wineries. We especially loved the screened porch overlooking the lake. We had a great time.

We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider renting this house again. The screened in porch was absolutely our favorite attribute. We watched the sunsets, saw Kingfishers catching their dinner and marveled at Blue Herons traveling the lake. The owners were just great. The house is comfortable and is well kept. We were visiting family and were able to entertain just as if we were at home. The proximity to the Lake is special but we were surprised at how private the Lake Front property was. A special treat were the homemade pies at the Produce Place in Union Springs.

Wonderful lake front home right on the waters of Cayuga Lake. Screen porch is a wonderful retreat for enjoying sunsets over the water. the house is extremely well kept and comfortable, and the amenities are plentiful (washer, dryer, fully equipe kitchen, grill, private dock, paddle boat, etc.). Will definitely rent this place again and will recommend to friends and family.
