We are in close proximity to grocery stores, movie theatres and private massage and spas. The kids play park is around the corner as is the newly remodeled Snowcreek Athletic Club.

  • Our spacious townhome is newly remodeled to offer a comfortable rustic theme. Downstairs houses the master bedroom with Double and Twin Bed and private bathroom. The second downstairs bedroom is ideal for children with a Twin/Twin Bunk Bed, seperate Twin and roll-away cot. There's a half bathroom downstairs in the hall. The third bedroom is upstairs on the main floor with a Queen Bed and Twin/Twin Bunk Bed. This room fits an entire family comfortably but even the couch in the living room pulls out to a Double Bed.

Located directly on the RED-LINE BUS ROUTE to the Main Lodge. This FREE bus service runs every half hour from 7 am to 5:30 pm through May then becomes a Free Summer Trolley service. The Village at Mammoth is also on the shuttle route, or drive 1 mile to its brand new restaurants and bars, shopping and social center. We are idealy located for all Mammoth Lakes has to offer.

We (a group of 10) enjoyed a long weekend at Bernice's wonderful condo and will definitely be going back again. The place was spacious, clean, very close to the hot tub, and a stone's throw from the bus stop which is one of the first stops on the route (this is important because you are basically assured a seat - rather than having to stand if you were at a later stop). Highly reccommend.

We welcomed 2013 in this beautiful, cozy and comfortable condo in Mammoth as we watched the snow fall looking out the living room's wide windows while gathered around the fireplace. This town home was the perfect fit for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very close to the bus shuttle which takes you all over for free. The shops, grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. The unit is one of the best in the community. The owner is very professional and a pleasure to do business with. We have recommended this place to our friends and co workers for their next getaway.

We will be back!

I've been meaning to write this a lot sooner. My family, girlfriend and I stayed over New Years 2012 and what an amazing place! First of all, Bernice was super awesome and made booking this cabin very easy!! She promptly responded to our emails in regards to the cabin. This cabin is first class all the way: It has a nice set up, affordable, very clean &comfortable, nice and spacious patio, has all the amenities you need esp in the kitchen, plenty of towels, enough TP for 6 people, and NEVER RAN OUT OF HOT WATER!!! which is a miracle! Love that : ) It is a walking distance to the shuttle which was very nice too! Overall, a nice and cozy place to come to after a long day of snowboarding. Thanks Bernice, we will be back!!

Best Cabin Experience Here!

Bernice is incredibly helpful. She responds quickly and efficiently to help make the process of finding and renting a cabin enjoyable (I couldn't believe it). The cabin itself is THE BEST. It's HUGE!!! When you are downstairs you feel like you are in a different "wing" of the home, and the backdoor leads straight to the King sized Jacuzzi and Sauna. Both are also clean, and roomy.

The living room is also the dining room and it's also the kitchen- the whole upstairs is the perfect common room for everyone to relax and lounge. Everything that is listed in the amenities is actually provided, and then some. I also want to add that the entire place is made to be cleaned easily-- nothing in this cabin is hard to maintain. It is homey, and lovely, and the neighbors are wonderful. We used this for more of a social trip but it can definitely be a very family friendly location as well!

Our 3 night 4 day stay will never be forgotten, and a large part of it has to do with this amazing cabin and it's sincerely helpful owner!

Our second time. Great place to stay

This was our second time in this condo and we enjoyed it as much as the first. A large clean unit with a great central location in Mammoth. Close to the pool and spa. Don't forget there is a garage too...
We hope to be back to Mammoth next year and will choose this unit again.
