Modern kitchen fully equipped with Viking range, Bosch dishwasher, custom concrete countertops, teak cabinetry, and teak and glass dining set. Living room enjoys gorgeous natural fireplace. Each bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen tv, with windows/doors opening to the private patio. Upstairs bedroom has its own fireplace and ocean view. Luxurious and cozy bathroom features oversized jetted tub, hansgrohe rain shower and handshower, natural stone throughout, and custom concrete sink. Outdoor shower overlooks lush Japanese and California inspired garden. Vacation ready, with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. Full linens, W/D and gas BBQ. Enjoy!!

Schindler Beach House - Wow!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Schindler Beach House in La Jolla. It is an architectural jewel and unlike any house I have stayed in. The pictures truly do not do it justice. We were two houses from the Windansea Beach where we could watch expert surfing and sunbathe. The description is accurate and there were many surprise amenities (bikes, beach umbrella). The property was well maintained and clean. Lindsey, the owner, met us and walked us through telling us about nearby beaches and restaurants. We had some wonderful reasonably priced meals at El Pescador Fish Market on Pearl and Con Pane in Point Loma. We also enjoyed the prix fixe summer meal at Roys.
