The home offers 2,600 ft of living area and the furnishing, drapes, and equipment have been chosen to compliment this beautiful home. The family room includes a cable TV and DVD, as well as sofas, coffee table, drapes, and silks.

The living room and dining room offers more sofas, and dining set for 6 people. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, refrigerator, microwave, waste disposal, etc. A washer and dryer can be found in the utility room, which leads into a 2-car garage..

The master bedroom, has a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, nightstands, TV, and soft lighting. An en-suite bathroom is just off the master bedroom.

Bedroom 2 has a full size bed plus closet, nightstands, drawers and lamps and an en-suite bathroom, whilst bedroom numbers 3 and 4 have 2 twin beds, nightstands and walk-in closets. A family bathroom serves these guests.

The pool deck has quality patio furniture with chairs, table and loungers and a child-safe pool fence. In the cooler months, the pool may be heated at an additional charge by the electric heat pump. A powder room serves the downstairs area and also the pool deck, so no need to run upstairs whilst wet from the pool.

we rented this property for a family holiday and had a great time the home is spacious and the kids could sleep upstairs without any disturbance from us downstairs. Lots of room and very clean and well kept The pool was heated and the family loved to come back from the parks and jump in. Would recommend and would certainly re rent in the future. excellent

Love this house.

This house is great. It is very comfortable, clean and well taken care of. The pool was a delight to have. The grocery store is near and other convenient stores which you need for your stay. Shopping mall is close as well. The owner is very nice to deal with and his management company is 5 stars as well. A delight to have both. The Crabby Bills restaurant is just minutes away and has great seafood and good service. I will recommend this house anytime. It's a quiet area and lots of places to take an enjoyable walk, watch some golfing, or other activities at the park and to feel safe. The golf course is great to play. We will be returning again.

The villa was all one could ask for in a vacation rental, it was clean the amenities and furniture are in pristine condition. We were 4 golfers and found the location excellent for shopping and access to the Highway and numerous golf courses. We will return again in the future.
