Luxury condo on the beach. Built new in 2007,2,200 square ft. Beautifully furnished on S. Atlantic Ave. Unit is on 2nd floor next to club room, fitness center, media room and courtyard. Unit has wrap around balcony view of Atlantic Ave. Our unit does not have an ocean view. We are right next door to the club room which does have the ocean view. Master bedroom has king size bed, flat screen tv. 2nd bedroom has queen size bed . Living room has sofa bed, flat screen tv, dvd, fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Laundry room off kitchen. Both bedrooms and living room have glass sliding doors leading to the balcony. Unit is furnished with linens and towels, and appliances. No smoking permitted inside condo.

Nearest Airport: Daytona Int'l Airport at 13 Miles
Our luxury condo is located just south of Daytona Beach. The unit is on the second floor. A few short steps to the Pool and Ocean. We are 20 minutes from Daytona International Airport and 70 minutes from all Orlando attractions. The Daytona Speedway, Volusia Mall and Greyhound Racing.is about 15 minutes away. There are several golf courses including LPGA Golf Course a short drive away. A Publix, Winn Dixie and Ice Cream parlors are less than a mile away.

Beautiful Condo

My family and I rented 3 units in the building for a family reunion and everyone LOVED it. This condo was very nice, HUGE kitchen and an extra large balcony with a grill. It was nice to cook "at home" during our vacation. It saved us lots of $$$ and more time to enjoy the beach. The pool area is very nice, as well....and it steps right out onto the ocean. The building is located in the perfect spot...not too close to the crowds/tourist attractions, but close enough to take advantage of them.

Even though this unit didn't have an oceanview we had the BEST view for the most amazing firework show I have ever seen. As we were laying in bed, we looked out of sliding glass door and we watched the fireworks from the Nascar track. It was AWESOME!

All of our family members, from ages 1 to 73, enjoyed our week at Ocean Vistas and hope to rent from Von about in the future.
