Great Location - Wonderful Property

This property is exactly as described. The lanai is great, overlooking a ravine so you get a real sense of privacy with lots of vegetation and birds (the Birds of Hawaii guide at the condo was handy!). The accommodations were very comfortable and nicely furnished. Don't plan on cooking meals, as the single hotplate really doesn't support that, but the kitchenette was great for breakfast, lunch and the occassional cold beverage!
We drove down to the beaches (there are many nearby) as it really isn't walking distance, but that allowed us to take along the beach chairs provided. If you like snorkelling, there are many great spots nearby, but don't miss driving down to Makena Landing to snorkel with turtles!
