Melbourne Vacation Rental condo

Deposit, Pets and Rules: * Deposit includes $75 non-refundable cleaning fee, which we will use to prepare our condo for the next renter. * We will inspect the condo upon your departure, and assuming there are no damages or lost items, we will promptly refund the balance of your deposit. * Pets are allowed, but only by prior arrangement with the condo owner. Please note that an additional cleaning charge of $50 will apply. * Please; no smoking inside the condo.

Cancellation Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit of $200 is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless prior arrangements are made with the condo owner. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy: We will refund 100% of your money for cancellations more than 10 days prior to arrival. For cancellations less than 10 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.
