Our group of 12 friends had an amazing time! The Lodge at Fernie is absolutely stunning! I could cook in that kitchen for the rest of my life! We really enjoyed checking out all of the antique furnishings and browsing through the bookshelf up in the loft. What an impressive collection! Everyone loved being there and didn't want to leave. We relaxed, laughed, cooked, ate great food, played games and soaked in the hot tub until we were prunes! Carol provided easy, stress free booking, great chats on the phone and is wonderful to deal with! Thanks so much Carol! A memorable weekend for all!

She was a delight to deal with. I book through VRBO myself and often have questions to ask the owners from whom I am renting. I find that, as home owner, one of my very easy but very important roles is to simply answer questions about the place so that prospective renters do not have unhappy surprises. That way I do not have unhappy surprises, either! Communication is the key to hassle free renting for both renter and rentee.
