The guest house has it's own kitchen/dining room, living room, bedroom with king sized bed, and master bath. It provides a quiet, private getaway while remaining close to the main location. This is the perfect setting for family get togethers, scrap booking groups, retreats, or just to kick back and enjoy a weekend away from the city!

The Big Canoe area is a private, gated resort community that straddles 3 pristine lakes with boating, fishing, swimming, and canoing opportunities. The community is in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and puts on a spectacular view in the fall. Within a short drive are numerous state parks with cascading waterfalls, wineries, the Alpine Village of Helen, the gold mines of Dahlonega, the scenic Blue Ridge Railroad, and numerous antiquing opportunities in the neighboring small towns. Alternately, the city of Atlanta is just over an hour away to experience all the major metropolitan area can offer.
