Condominium - 1 Bedroom + Sofa/Sleeper - 2 Full Bathrooms - (Sleeps 1-4)

Our tiled ground floor condo is spacious and decorated with treasures from the beach. It is complete with all items you will need for a memorable and fun-filled visit in Port Aransas.

Accommodations include a king-sized bed. The livingroom has a large LED television, plus a new sofa sleeper with a 7' mattress for those extra guests.. The convenience of two full bathrooms is indispensable. Relax and view the ocean from our private patio.

A stroll on the beach is just a short distance away. The wooden boardwalk makes getting through the dunes a breeze! Being a small complex located on a private road keeps traffic to a minimum.

The condo now has free wireless Internet service.

Port Aransas is a unique treasure on the Texas Gulf Coast. Spend your day indulging in beach activities, birding, fishing, visiting unique shops or just kick back and enjoy 'Island Time.' Evening entertainment includes a variety of restaurants and venues that feature popular musicians.

We are walking distance to the Port Aransas SandFest. Don't miss this fun and spectacular event!

We are located on Mustang Island, within the city of Port Aransas. Our location makes us close to restaurants, shops and fishing. We are about 30 minutes north of Corpus Christi, TX and North Padre Island.

You Will Want to Stay Longer

The condo is just like the description. My son and I loved our stay at Delia's so much we wanted to stay longer. The property is very well maintained and clean. We went swimming in the pool which was a very good size compared to the size of the overall property. We could see and hear the beach sounds from our room, and we enjoyed sitting out on the back patio at night. We will definately contact Delia again for our next visit.

Cute Port A Condo!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and working with Delia, the owner was a breeze. We found the condo to be clean and comfortable....with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed dinners on the patio. The weather for SandFest could have been better, but we had a great time. The cool weather kept us out of the pool, but we did enjoy using the gas grill.

Great vacation spot. The owners are great to work with and prompt in responding to all inquiries. The condo was very clean and had all the accomodations necessary. Pool is right out the back door and it is only a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this condo...we hope to come again soon!

Awesome Trip to the Beach

While some of the pictures of the villa were misleading we still found it to be very nice and clean. The walk time to the beach was also a little off as it was more than a 3 minute walk to the beach. Our overall stay there was very nice and we would recommend it.
