This awesome two bedroom, two bath condo is on the seventh floor (end unit!), providing dramatic views of the entire coastline from Cape Kennedy to Vero Beach. The patio deck allows complete, unobstructed views both North & South! Very comfortable 1400 sq ft space with all the amenities including a brand new 32 inch LCD Sony flat-screen TV (watch the Space Shuttle prepare to launch on TV, then go out on the deck to see it go...just awesome!). King size bed in Master, second bedroom is set up as a den with convertible sofa. Kitchen with bar seating, breakfast table facing west overlooking the Indian River, and formal dining room seats six. New Kitchen and Master Bath!!! Lighted Tennis court, beautiful pool and hot tub on premises. You are right on A1A, so Shopping and fine dining are within minutes of your location. Lou's Blues nightclub is within walking distance, so you can catch some of the local bands play and enjoy your favorite cocktail or beer.

This 7th floor unit, in well maintained Ocean Walk Condominiums is the ideal place to relax and unwind. It is in the heart of Indian Harbour Beach, with shopping, beaches, water sports and amusement parks literally at your feet. Great restaurants and shopping centers are just a short drive from your vacation haven. It is really a beautiful, well maintained area relatively safe and secure and well lit at night. Other folks at the condo are residents or long time renters so you don't have to worry about transient renters. Tennis courts on premises, and the pool and spa were just redone in 2008! This is one of the nicest parts of Florida, relatively undiscovered and not touristy whatsoever! Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center are just a short drive north, and Orlando is 55 mins away! Come stay with us for a month, or a year!

Our small family was really happy in this condo! The view is AMAZING! Our little one was crazy about beach, ocean and huge pool. Thanks for the owners for keeping this unit in perfect condition and really taking care about guests.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We have just returned from spending the month of Nov. in this unit and we loved every minute. The condo is perfect in every way, very roomy, beautifully decorated, modern kitchen and baths and the views are gorgeous. We were there when the last shuttle went up and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Can't think of a negative thing about the condo, it's great convenient location to everything and super nice owners to deal with. It was a wonderful month and one we won't forget. Try it - - You'll like it!!!!!!!!

Ocean Walk

This will be our fifth year at Ocean Walk. We have been extremely pleased with all of the improvements that have been made, i.e. remodeling kitchen and master bath. There is a great view from the balcony when launches take place at the Cape.

The pool is lovely and you have access to the beach from the pool area. Ocean Walk is also landscaped very nicely.

In the past the residents of Ocean Walk have had a Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day party and have included all of the renters which gives you a chance to meet people who reside there.

The parking is great - you can either park in the parking garage or up on top. The garage is great when it is raining!

All in all, I would certainly recommend Ocean Walk. I know we have thoroughly enjoyed our stays there.
