The flat has got an independent entrance and it is situated in a quite and gentlemanly zone, full of shops, excellent restaurants, pubs, cinemas and characteristic places. Recently completely restructured with elegant finishes, the 600 square feet flat accommodates up to four people. The flat consists of a living room with two couches (one of these is a double sofa bed), a dining room, a kitchen supplied with many useful accessories, a bed room with a queen double bed and a bathroom. It is provided with air conditioning, TV, WiFi, internet, and Hi-Fi. Classical and refined furnishings, precious tapestries complete this elegant and unique flat. 'Casa ai Tribuni' is located in central residential area Prati, near the Vatican State, in a building from the beginning of XX century. Prati is characterized by its beautiful and elegance squares and streets. The flat has been carefully, nicely renovated in August '08. It is a lovely 600 sq ft flat with all brand new equipment. Perfectly fits for a family (4 persons + max baby below 1 years) or one or two couples wishing to visit, roam and shop in Roma, easily returning home to rest. The 'Ottaviano'Metro station is at 300 ft, 5mins walking. All main monuments, the fashion shopping area and all museums are either at walking distance or within 3-5 metro stations. Good restaurants at reasonable prices are scattered around, even if there is all the necessary setup for cook and dine in house. All kind of shops are also in the area. It is very conveniently connected via Metro to Termini railways station,so it is easy to organize also one day trips to Florence/Pisa and Naples/ Pompei/Capri

Our stay at Casa Ai Tribuni could not have been more wonderful! Massimo is a joy and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fabulous! The apartment is lovely, comfortable, convenient, so clean it sparkles and a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! We definitely recommend it highly and can't wait to return for a much longer stay. Don't miss dinner at Sol E Luna, too! The saltimboca and the veal cotelleto were awesome! God blessed us when we found this apartment and Massimo!

Our stay Casa ai Tribuni was Wonderful!

My husband and I stayed at Casa ai Tribuni (Sept.14-18) before leaving on a cruise. Massimo picked us up at the airport (BMW with airconditioning) and also drove us the extra to the cruise ship. Fantastic host who even bought us a plug adapter when ours wasn't working. Wireless internet was very useful. Metro 5-10 minutes away and extremely easy to get around. We saw and loved all the major attractions in the little time we had. The food at Sol et Lune around the corner was amazing! went back twice to eat. Very affordable compared to the tourist traps at the major sites. A little grocery store (small) across the street allowed us to buy the few things we needed for breakfast. We were basically away from the apartment the whole day. The apartment itself was clean (maybe a little dated) but all in all everything we needed to have a wonderful stay in Rome. Would definitely recommend to others. We definitely felt like a fellow Roman. Thank you Massimo for all your help!

My husband and I stayed at casa ai tribuni from September 8th to the 14th 09 We enjoyed our stay and massimo was very helpful. He greeted us at the airport and he was our driver for the way back as well. I loved the location it was close to the metro ( train station) and we used it to get around almost every day. $4 for a day pass let you out at different locations which were often once you walked out of the station. History was waiting all around. I would suggest that travelers use the metro for alot of their touring experiences. For us Americans it was the ideal way to go seeing as our dollar did not stretch very far. We learned how to see the city just for a few bucks. Over all we had a great time the place was well maintained. Massimo was just a doll to have at our finger tips for information. We wanted to take the euro train to Venice and he was most helpfull. He brought us the train schedule and all the info we needed in order to get around. He provided great customer service. I would recommend this property to a friend and any american who wants to travel and get a great deal for their money.


We will definately use massimo again when visiting europe.

Our stay in Rome was enchanting. The flat suited all our requirements and we would not hesitate to return and rent the same accommodation again. There is a food market very close by, the Italians proved very courteous and helpful, we bought delicious things for breakfast every day, though we dined out daily at different restaurants. We would also recommend the car service, it makes the travelling so much more comfortable and efficient. Massimo was a great host and it was a pleasure meeting him and his wife and daughter.

Casa ai Tribuni is in an excellent location, quiet, safe and convenient to transportation and especially the Vatican and St Peters. The condo is very comfortable and offers all that was needed for our five night stay. But the real gem is the owner, Massimo, who is a special person. He was kind, hospitable,
helped make dinner reservations, gave us a gift of wine and took us to the
airport. He had prepared extensive information that was unbelieveable helpful. While I know this is a business, he definitely went beyond what
anyone could expect. Harlan
