The flat has got an independent entrance and it is situated in a quite and gentlemanly zone,full of shops, excellent restaurants, pubs, cinemas and characteristic places. Recently completely restructured with elegant finishes, the 600 square feet flat accommodates up to four people. The flat consists of a living room with two couches (one of these is a double sofa bed), a dining room, a kitchen supplied with many useful accessories, a bedroom with a queen double bed and a bathroom. It is provided with Air Condit, flat TVs, FastWiFi, High internet, and Hi-Fi.Classical and refined furnishings, precious tapestries complete this elegant and unique flat. Rome Apartment Location and Golf: This is a convenient location that provides easy access to the sites of historic Rome. It is an easy walk to many of the sites and the handy buses, metro and taxi stands nearby are a quick way to get across town. The neighborhood has several good food stores if you'd like to pick up ingredients for dinner or buy something prepared to take back to the apartment. Stroll a few minutes and you'll be at the famed Spanish Steps, Fontana di Trevi, Navona square, Campo de' Fiori, Castel Sant Angelo, Vatican Garden, Vatican Museum, Sistin Chapel and S.Peter Square.

Rome has 4 beautiful golf courses. The nearest to Villa Le Palme is Rome's newest golf course, the 18-hole Parco di Roma, on the Via dei Due Ponti, just 4 miles away.

'Casa ai Tribuni' is located in central residential area Prati, near the Vatican, in a building from the beginning of XX century. Prati is characterized by its beautiful and elegance squares and streets. The flat has been carefully, nicely renovated in October 2011. It is a lovely 600 sq ft flat with all brand new equipment. The apt perfectly fits for o one couple, or two persons + 1 kid or child up to 10 y, wishing to visit, roam and shop in Roma, easily returning home to rest. The 'Ottaviano'Metro station is at 300 ft, 5mins walking. All main monuments, the fashion shopping area and all museums are either at walking distance or within 3-5 metro stations. Good restaurants at reasonable prices are scattered around, even if there is all the necessary setup for cook and dine in house. All kind of shops are also in the area. It is very conveniently connected via Metro to Termini railways station,so it is easy to organize also one day trips to Florence/Pisa and Naples/ Pompei/Capri.

Our stay at Casa Ai Tribuni could not have been more wonderful! Massimo is a joy and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fabulous! The apartment is lovely, comfortable, convenient, so clean it sparkles and a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! We definitely recommend it highly and can't wait to return for a much longer stay. Don't miss dinner at Sol E Luna, too! The saltimboca and the veal cotelleto were awesome! God blessed us when we found this apartment and Massimo!

We stayed 10 days.
We on honeymoon.

And I think no place better than here for spend romantic Time in Roma.

I love high-ceiling living room, comfortable bedroom and the dark green gate, even.

And the best of beautiful thing is kindest Massimo :)

Great stay at Casa ai Tribuni!

We rented the apartment for 3 nights in November. It was a great city break, the location of the apartment is great, it's close to the Ottaviano subway station (4-5 min walk) and it's located in an area where you don't see many tourists; it's an area where mostly lawyers and doctors live so it's great that you can glimpse a bit of the Italian life style, without the touristical frenzy around you.
Just after you pass the entry to the subway station, you cross the street and in 5 min you arrive at the Vatican city walls, it's great if you want to plan an early visit to the museum.
The area also boasts of traditional trattorias and restaurants, where locals come to eat real Italian food, awesome pasta and pizzas.You can also have an Italian breakfast at Faggiani, which is really close, they serve a very good coffee!
A very special thanks goes to Massimo, who will reccomend you these great places and will guide you so you can have a truly Roman experience! Also the wine bottle as a welcoming gift was a very nice touch! ;)

Grazie Massimo for everything, we have really enjoyed our stay at Casa ai Tribuni and in Rome!

Ten Wonderful Days In Rome

My husband and I spent ten wonderful days in Rome and this apartment was perfect for us! It looks exactly the way it does in the pictures and was very clean. It was very comforting to come home from busy days of sight seeing to our cozy apartment. We always felt safe, day and night! Massimo was such a gracious host! We felt like we were staying in the apartment of a friend. The visitor's guide that he provides is thorough and helped us find everything that we needed during our stay. Sol e Luna restaurant which is just around the corner, was our favorite place! We started and ended our trip dining here. The apartment has other wonderful local bakeries, pizzerias and shopping nearby. We used the Metro as our main method of transportation since the nearest station was close but it is also very easy to find bus routes as well. I would highly recommend this pleasant apartment to friends. I hope that we can return soon! We will definitely stay here again!

I would like to say a very big thank you to Massimo! He was very helpful during our stay in Rome. Including recommendations to great local restaurants and places to see. His flat is superb, light and big, located in the very center of Rome, close to Vatican city and most of sightseeing stuff. I would definitely recommend this apt to all my friends!!! Thanks again!
