This professionally decorated, fully equipped, luxury Condo unit on St. Pete Beach has everything your family will need for a relaxing oceanfront beach vacation. Built in 2003, it has many family friendly upgraded amenities including sitting room with two twin beds, television, and French doors for privacy, a port-a-crib and high chair in unit, center island in kitchen for added storage and counter space, dining room with seating for six (plus high chair), reserved covered parking space next to the elevator, and beach chairs and sand toys for your enjoyment. This collection of upgraded features is only available in this unique family oriented unit within the Vistas on the Gulf facility. Comfortably sleeps up to six people, plus an infant in the portable crib. All linens and towels are provided. For your convenience, the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. Relax and enjoy the ocean view from the furnished balcony.

A short beach stroll away is the famous Don CeSar Hotel with restaurants, spa, and old-fashioned ice cream parlor that's great for the kids. Available for rent on the beach are cabanas, jet skis, kayaks, water-bikes, and parasailing. Busch Gardens theme park is less than a 45-minute drive away. Walt Disney World Resort and other Orlando area attractions are less than two hours away. Thirty minutes from Tampa International Airport and only 20 minutes away from the Clearwater/St. Pete airport.

This is a great condo. It is perfect for families. Would be great for couples also . They thought of everything from coolers to beach chairs to toys. Our kids really appreciated it and so did I . There is a great view of the beach from the balcony. The pool was great and clean.Covered parking spot basically right next to the elevator. Would definately stay here again.Thanks we had a great time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
