Location, Location, Location... Just GORGEOUS! Ocean front apartment with astonishing views is located on the most beautiful beach of San Juan, 'Condado'--the tourist zone, about a ten minutes walk to hotels, casinos, supermarkets open 24/7, fast foods, fine dining and exquisite shops. Completely equipped and furnished for your comfort. The views to the ocean are astonishing... from the living room, dining or kitchen... The Condo is on the beach facing the Atlantic Ocean. It is equipped with Laundry Center, 2 queen size beds, 1 twin size, and 2 full size futon sofa beds (1 in living room and 1 in 2nd guest bedroom w/twin bed), Cable-TV & Internet via Modem, 4 air conditioners, Stereo/CD player, beach chairs+towels, linens, television in 2 bedrooms and living room, and parking for one (1) car with beeper access control. Daily maid service is not included, service can be provided at extra charge. There will be a cleaning fee at departure. Special Packages can be arrange.
