A summer 2007 new addition are our outside cooking facilities, situated in the lanai. This is equipped with a gas grill, separate gas burner, sink, extractor fan, BBQ equipment and poolside plates and glasses.
The laundry facilities are situated in the double garage and they comprise of a sink, with running water, a top loading washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and another large fridge freezer for drinks.
In addition there is also another single garage that contains an electric golf cart, which can be used on request. Remote garage opener and alarm system within the house.

We had been vacationing in the beautiful white sandy beaches of Sarasota for over 20 years when my parents decided to live there in 1999. My husband and I honeymooned there in 2002 and in 2004 we decided to buy a house there too!

My husband and I honeymooned there in 2002 and in 2004 we decided to buy a house there too. Whilst we are not staying there we rent it to our guests. It is situated on a Championship Golf Course Our home is a 5 minute drive from the I75, a 10 minute drive from Sarasota/Bradenton Airport and 45 minutes from Tampa Airport. Sarasota has so much to offer visitors that no other cities in Florida can. Including the theatre, ballet, art shops, museums, an aquarium, wonderful shops, restaurants, great night-life, St Armands Circle, wild-life and as previously mentioned - the beautiful award winning beaches of Longboat Key (11 miles long), Lido Beach, Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key.
In the mornings you will delight in watching the Red Shouldered Hawks and Ospreys swoop over the dew covered golf course, listening to the Sandhill Cranes calling to one another and waving to the occasional golfer as they pass by in their golf carts. In the afternoons you may want to relax in the large cage covered pool deck/lanai, soaking up the glorious Florida sun whilst your friends and family play in the solar heated pool. In the evenings there is nothing better than the smell of food cooking on the purpose built barbeque whilst you sit around the pool with a glass of wine, talking, reading or just listening to the fish jumping in the small lake situated at the bottom of the garden.
