Our brand new, extended stay luxury vacation condo is perfect for that extended vacation, or temporary relocation, or corporate retreat. Our beautiful condo is turnkey furnished with high quality linens and dishes, pillow top beds, flat screen TVs, stereo with iPod docking station, and includes free wireless Internet access and unlimited phone service (US and Canada), cable TV with 80 channels, and a washer and dryer. Your stay will include use of a private cabana on the 6 floor pool deck, sparkling heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, brand new state-of-the-art fitness center, and much more.

Stay 7 nights in our beautiful 37th floor condo overlooking Las Vegas Blvd. for $1295 plus $100 cleaning fee and $200 refundable security deposit.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $4000 per month; 1 month minimum.
  • $500 refundable security deposit required for monthly reservation.
    Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
    30 day notice of cancellation required for refund of deposit.
    Payment by credit card or PayPal only.
