This is a nice Beachfront property located in the same bay / beach as the El San Juan Hotel, ESJ Towers, Next to The Water Club, The Intercontinental and others. Fully equipped apartment with a King Bed in the master, a futon in the second room, another futon in the living/dining area. I provide you with clean linens and towels, equipped kitchen, Flat screen TV with full Cable, Internet signal, Washer and Dryer, soap basics, even sunblock, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach paddles, beach coolers, etc..... Facing the Beach, Sand and the Coconut Palm trees........ The beach is your backyard.... various BBQ grills with gazebos, Olympic Pool, huge patio along the beach, children playgrounds...... Walk to the hotels in 10 minutes, 5 minutes drive to the International Airport and Old San Juan City and El Morro Spanish Fortress. A/C in all rooms and also a split unit in the living room, or simply use the ceiling fans and feel the trade winds..... Perfect Sailing spot.
