Located on Sandestin's Horseshoe Lake, this Townhome Villa has a lakeside patio. It's a short 3 minute walk to Starbuck's and Beef O'Grady's Sports Bar in the Sandestin Market Shops including Chico's. Fish steps from your patio (bream, bass...). Another great feature of this home is that it is only steps away from the heated beach walk community pool. Relax in this bright and quiet end villa on the Emerald Coast. Bikes, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Fishing Rods and Beach Toys provided.

Thanks for a great few days in your lovely condo---the setting is really lovely and we enjoyed the chance to visit with our Tyndall Air Force Based son in such nice relaxing surroundings! We had never visited Sandestin Resort before, but we will certainly be back. Best of luck with the Snowbird season and we hope to visit again.

Our stay in your home was perfectly wonderful. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated and extremely clean and well kept. The location is excellant . Right on the lake, steps from the pool and only a short walk to the shops and the beach. We will certainly come again and will recommend to our friends.

Everything was very well organized and we really appreciated the number of beach chairs that were available for our use. The bikes were great bonus too. The townhome itself was a perfect fit for my family. The transaction with the homeowner went very smoothly. Beach is very crowded during the summer but we had perfect weather and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
